As most of you are aware, Susa is a fervent vegetarian. Accordingly, the reception dinner will be entirely meat-free. Also, neither of us is particularly fond of drinking, so we elected to have the evening be alcohol free. Yes, I'm afraid you must manage somehow to have a splendid time without seeing the world through pink-elephant tinted glasses. We know you can. But enough about what won't be served -- let's talk about what will, so you can mark those RSVP cards!
1 - Rotini Pasta with Fresh Vegetables in the House Marinara Sauce
Rotini pasta tossed with fresh garden vegetables and the house marinara sauce. Finished with Asiago cheese.
2 - Penne Pasta with Fresh Vegetables in a Garlic Cream Sauce
Blend of fresh vegetables and penne pasta in a garlic cream sauce.
Finished with Asiago cheese.
3 - Roasted Tomato and Artichoke Orzo in a Lemon White Wine Sauce
Orzo, roasted tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, garlic, artichoke hearts, arugula, and basil, dressed with a lemon white wine sauce.
Naturally there will be various delectable hors d'ouvres, a savory salad, delicious drinks, and (of course!) a scrumptious wedding cake.
